Earn Maximum Commissions
Beyond Homes gives you the flexibility to keep as much as you can of what you earn. Beyond Homes offers two choices for compensation plans: 1) 100% Commission Model and 2) Commission Split Model.
- 100% Commission Model
Do you intend to gross more than $75,000 in commissions this year? Then 100% Commissions may be the answer for you. You’ll save lots of money by paying a flat, periodic fee rather than being paid on a traditional commission split program. You choose the payment plan that works for you: quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payments. Then you’ll earn 100% commission compensation. That’s right- no splitting with the brokerage. - Commission Split Model
We have another compensation model for those professionals that prefer to be compensated on a commission split basis with no monthly or periodic payment obligations. Fees are only paid when the Associate closes a transaction. The commission split grows as your income grows. Experienced REALTOR® Associates with a proven track record begin at a minimum 70/30 split. Beginning and less experienced REALTORS® begin at a 60/40 split. By the end of a very successful year, you can reach a commission split level of 100%.
